Our standard stay is 90 days, furnished, with utilities and wifi included. Six-month stays are 30% off and 12-month stays are 40% off.
What does it cost?
The monthly rate is $10,500, furnished with utilities included, with discounts for longer commitments. A 90-day stay is 20% off, which comes to $8,400 a month or $25,200 total. Send your move-in date and we’ll confirm.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Tell us about your pet in your request. The yard is fenced.
Where do I park?
We provide zoned parking passes for the street and surrounding neighborhood. A rentable SpotHero spot is available next door.
How do I get downtown?
The Paulina Brown Line stop is a short walk and runs to the Loop. Divvy bikes are nearby.
How does check-in work?
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Entry is self check-in with a keypad.
